What to say about Sister Act, other than it felt very special. We did a great thing together and I'm so honoured to have been a part of it. Thank you to Eldorado Musical Productions for embracing me with the widest arms. The love and encouragement you've shown me has been unreal! Thank you to everyone who came to a show, I hope you enjoyed it as much as we did! X

Good Stuff (Studio Video) is now live!

So, years ago when it looked like ultimate Hip-Hop Pop Princess, Ciara had finally been freed from the shackles of toxicity and married into love, everyone asked for her ‘prayer.’ Everyone wanted her to list what she asked God for SPECIFICALLY to finally find that genuine, authentic love.

This made me think.

It made me think about how wrong I have been about people in the past, how poorly I had chosen and how I wouldn’t even know where to start with that type of prayer. I may not have known the type of person, but I did definitely know the type of love I wanted. So I wrote that down, and it became this song. I feel it so deeply and it actually gives me comfort, when I find this type of love, I’ll know and if you’re looking for it, I hope you find it too.

Enjoy x

about

emaé is an exciting, emerging talent in the British Music Scene. Influenced by Soul, R&B, Gospel and Pop, and with a commitment to lyrical storytelling, the Scottish-Congolese artist lived in cities across Scotland, England, Zambia and Zimbabwe, before settling in London to share music shaped by the life experiences gained from her travels.

After a stunning performance on BBC I Can See Your Voice, emaé continues to release music independently, and has gained recognition and support from such prominent music institutions as Serious Live (London Jazz Festival) and Help Musicians UK, and is most recently a recipient of the widely coveted PRS for Music #WomenMakeMusic grant.

Tipped as one to watch by the MOBOs, music from emaé’s debut album Old Heart has been praised by BBC Introducing, MTV The Wrap Up, VEVO, among many other media outlets in the UK and around the world.

A qualified pharmacist, emaé is also a devoted ambassador for the social movement Sounds Like Women, a collective of international female artists using music to help empower women suffering domestic violence and all forms of discrimination.

Ever growing and evolving as a music artist and with a series of new releases ready, 2025 sees the beginning of the next creative chapter for emaé as she continues to build a loyal fanbase all around the world.
